Terms & Conditions – Driver Bali Activities Tours

Applicable to: All Bali Tours • Nusa Penida • South/North‑West/East Bali • Adventure & Sightseeing Packages

Booking & Confirmation

– Reservations are confirmed once full or required deposit payment is received & cleared.

– Booking details: itinerary, vehicle type, prices & meeting/pick‑up points will be sent via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours.

– Prices quoted are per person or per vehicle/package as clearly listed, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and valid for the stated period only.

– Standard package includes: private air‑conditioned car/van, professional English‑speaking driver‑guide, parking fees, petrol & tolls; does NOT include entrance tickets, activities fees, lunch/drinks, personal expenses, tips & insurance unless explicitly written “INCLUDED”.

– Group sizes & itineraries can be adjusted — ask us for a custom quote anytime.

 Payment Methods

– Accepted: Bank Transfer to Mandiri / QRIS / Cash (IDR only) — full details sent upon booking.

– Prices are locked once confirmed; exchange‑rate differences are not adjusted unless agreed otherwise.

– Payment deadlines: full balance no later than 24 hours before departure.

 Changes & Cancellations – Refund Policy

(Fair policy protecting both you & our business)
– Free cancellation: ≥ 7 full days before scheduled tour → 100 % refund
– 5 – 6 days before: 75 % refund
– 3 – 4 days before: 50 % refund
X 1 – 2 days before / Same‑day / No‑Show: 0 % refund
→ You are welcome to transfer dates or give it to friends/family instead of cancelling — subject to availability & no price change.

– Weather / Safety / Force‑Majeure: If we must cancel due to storms, road closures, government rules or unsafe conditions → Full Refund or 100 % credit toward new dates — no extra fees.

– Delays caused by guests, late arrivals or changes made during the trip may shorten sightseeing times — we will do our best to adjust but cannot guarantee extra stops or refunds for such changes.

 During Your Tour

– Pick‑ups & drop‑offs: at agreed times/locations — please arrive ready; waiting time over 30 minutes may incur charges or be rescheduled.

– Itinerary & stops: Times & listed attractions are subject to road traffic, weather, opening hours & wait times — we keep same‑day balance & quality, or swap for equal‑value alternatives.

– Children: Under 3 years ride free sharing seats; ages 4+ count fully — notify ages when booking so we fit vehicles safely.

– Luggage & personal belongings: We keep vehicles clean & safe — Driver Bali Activities accepts no liability for loss, damage or forgetting valuables — always take them with you.

– Behaviour: We reserve the right to refuse service to guests under influence, behaving rudely, breaking rules or local laws — without refund for safety & comfort.

Responsibility & Liability

– We are transport & activity organisers — ticket sellers, temple/land owners & activity operators (rafting, ATV, boats etc.) remain responsible for their own sites, safety & conduct.

– Guests must obey all instructions, safety rules & wear gear provided — activities involve outdoors & nature so you join at own reasonable risk & discretion.

– Liability limit will equal total money paid — we cannot cover extra travel, accommodation or indirect costs.
