1. Choose Your Package – Browse our full tour list or request a custom itinerary

2. Send Booking Request – Message us via WhatsApp, email, or fill the form at driverbaliactivities.com

3. Confirm Details – We will reply within 24 hours to confirm availability, price, and schedule

4. Arrange Payment – See payment options below

5. Receive Confirmation – We send a confirmation note with pickup time, location, and driver info

6. Ready to Go – Our driver will meet you on time and start your tour!

| Payment Options |

– Option 1: Cash on Arrival – Pay in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) directly to your driver before the tour starts

– Option 2: Bank Transfer – Pay via local Indonesian bank transfer at least 2 days before departure

– Option 3: Online Payment – We can send a secure payment link for card or e-wallet transfers

– Note: Full payment is required before the tour begins

| Booking Terms |

– Minimum Booking: Most tours require at least 1 person; group rates available for 4+ guests

– Advance Booking: Please book at least 2–3 days in advance; peak seasons (Jul–Aug, Dec) recommend 1 week earlier

– Pickup & Drop-off: Included for all hotels/villas in South Bali, Ubud, and Sanur; extra charge applies for other areas

– Schedule: Tours run approx 8–12 hours; overtime is charged at 10% of the daily rate per hour

– Children: Kids under 3 years old are free; ages 4–12 get 20% discount; please inform us in advance

– Customization: We can adjust stops, duration, or add activities – just let us know!

| Cancellation & Refund Policy |

– Cancel 7+ days before tour: Full refund

– Cancel 3–6 days before tour: 70% refund

– Cancel 1–2 days before tour: 50% refund

– Cancel less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund

– Weather/Force Majeure: If tours are unsafe due to storms, natural events, or official closures, we offer full reschedule or full refund at no extra cost

| Important Rules |

– Punctuality: Please wait at the pickup point on time; delays over 30 minutes may reduce tour duration

– Respect: Follow local rules at temples, nature sites, and villages; wear proper clothing when required

– Safety: Obey driver/guide instructions; we are not liable for injury or loss from reckless behavior or ignoring guidance

– Belongings: Keep valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items

– Price Changes: Rates are valid at time of booking; we will notify you if adjustments are needed
